JETOUR Debuts at the 31st GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show 2024, Further Accelerating Globalization

      On July 17, 2024, JETOUR officially launched two right-hand drive models, the JETOUR DASHING and the JETOUR X70 PLUS. Following the debut in Malaysia in May 2024, the launching event at GIIAS not only marks another milestone of JETOUR Auto’s journey in global RHD market but also shows its determination to accelerate the globalization strategy.

      At the press conference, Mr. Kevin Xu Haifeng, Vice President of JETOUR International, stated, “Since its establishment in 2018, JETOUR Auto has adhered to the Travel+ strategy, focusing on “Travel+” automotive niche market. In just 70 months, we have achieved 1.18 million-unit cumulative sales and 47 million followers worldwide. With high-quality products and outstanding service, we have succeeded in many markets.”

      In 2019, JETOUR Auto embarked on its journey overseas. Currently, JETOUR has exported to more than 50 countries and regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America, Asia-Pacific, and the CIS, covering complete vehicles, spare parts, and components. At the same time, JETOUR Auto aims to achieve 1 million-unit annual sales target by 2030 in overseas market, cover 80 markets worldwide, and establish over 1600 sales and service networks. JETOUR is committed to a leading brand in the global “Travel+” auto market.

      At the auto show, the JETOUR DASHING and X70 PLUS RHD models have gained favor among customers. The JETOUR DASHING is a trendy SUV designed for young generation, while the JETOUR X70 PLUS is a spacious and intelligent SUV for travel. Each model has its own distinctive features, catering to diverse consumer needs.

      The JETOUR DASHING emphasizes sporty and avant-garde design as well as intelligent technology, meeting the needs of young users for a sporty and stylish SUV. It features unique “Sword Edge” style LED daytime running lights and a chequered flag design for the tail lights. The 3D coupe-style body design and hidden door handles create a sleek and stylish overall exterior. In terms of technology and safety, the JETOUR DASHING is equipped with 540° panoramic imaging, BSD blind spot monitoring, RCTA rear cross-traffic alert to assist drivers for driving safety. Intelligent voice control allows for quick responses to voice commands, while CarPlay and Android Auto provide smartphone connectivity. It also supports wireless charging for smartphones, offering both intelligence and convenience.

      The JETOUR X70 PLUS is a 7-seater family SUV with spacious interior. It has 4724mm-long and 1900mm-wide body cabin and the wheelbase of 2745 mm, providing a luxurious and spacious cabin ideal for family travel. The second and third-row seats are foldable, offering a luggage space up to 1680 liters. A 62-inch panoramic sunroof covers the second-row seats, offering a wonderful view. Equipped with a CN95 air filter, it can effectively filter out bacteria and harmful substances, safeguarding the health of the family. Keyless entry, one-touch start, and electric tailgate with memory function, together with safety features and driving aids, make every family journey safe and joyful.

      The debut of the two JETOUR models brings new options catering to different user groups, from family use to off-road travel. In the future, JETOUR Auto will launch more new energy vehicles tailored to local needs in several ASEAN RHD markets including Indonesia, enriching its product lines to meet diverse user needs.

      Meanwhile, Mr. Jacky Yang, President Director of PT JETOUR MOTOR INDONESIA, stated, “Our main strategy is to increase brand awareness to be recognized as a high-quality and innovative SUV brand in Indonesia. JETOUR Motor Indonesia is committed to the “Travel+” strategy, accelerating the development and introduction of PHEV and BEV to meet the needs in Indonesia.”

      Mr. Michael Budihardja, Sales & Network Director of PT JETOUR MOTOR INDONESIA, stated, “Over the next five years, JETOUR will establish 100 sales and service networks in Indonesia, aiming to achieve a sales target of 150,000 units.” He also mentioned that JETOUR will accelerate the introduction of more models, including off-road products of T series showcased at the Beijing Auto Show in April this year, as well as new energy vehicles. JETOUR will continuously innovate and optimize products to meet diverse demands in Indonesia, offering new driving experience to the Indonesian market.

      While enriching the product portfolio, Michael also emphasized that JETOUR would make more efforts in localized marketing campaigns. They aim to integrate quickly into local culture through various initiatives such as “Travel + Sports”, “Travel + Fashion”, and “Travel + Music”. These activities are designed to effectively establish meaningful connections with local customers.

      From Malaysia to Indonesia, JETOUR is accelerating its globalization in right-hand drive markets. Globalization has become a core strategy in JETOUR’s growth.
